Anyway, back to product ranges...
...Once you've chosen which amount of coffee (did we mention that it was blended to order?!) you want, simply select the link that says 'click here for ...'. You'll then be taken to our product page....
The Product Page
... where you can choose how you'd like the coffee roasted, how you'd like it grinded, how many bags and (if applicable) which flavouring you'd like added. Once you've chosen all that, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button.
You'll notice that as you view products, a pane on the right hand side of the screen shows 'recently viewed' products. This gives an easy way for you to go back and look at the coffees and gifts that caught your eye.
As you add products to your cart, you'll see the 'cart overview' keeping track of what's in the cart...
The Cart Overview...
To save you time and hassle, every time that you add a product to the cart, we show an overview of the cart contents in a pane on the right hand side of the screen. This keeps track of how many items are in the cart, how much the total price is, any discounts that you've earned and finally how much it's going to cost to buy the products.
Once you're happy that you've got everything that you want to buy in your cart, it's time check the contents of your cart...
The cart
Firstly, click the 'view cart' button and you'll see an overview of your order so far. The cart shows all of the products you've added, the quantities, the sub-total price, any discounts due and finally the total price. If you want to remove any items from the cart, click the checkbox next to the item and hit the 'Update Cart button. If you want to modify the quantity of a product, simply change the quantity in the box, and hit the 'Update Cart' button.
If, at any time, you want to carry on shopping, click the 'Continue Shopping' button and you'll be taken back to the main store.
Once, you're happy with what you've got in your cart, it's time to checkout....
The checkout
The checkout process is 4-stages long. Don't worry, we've tried to make it as easy as possible to use. Here are a list of the stages:
- Invoice address - in this stage, please enter your details. These are used for billing, for sending you details of the order and to enable us to contact you in the event that there's a problem with any aspect of your order
- Delivery address - if you want the coffee all to yourself, simply click the checkbox. If you're buying the coffee as a gift, enter the name and address of the person that you want the coffee to be sent to. Please ensure that the information entered is accurate otherwise the recipient may not receive the order.
- Order confirmation - once you've entered the invoice and delivery addresses, it's time to check through your order. If there are any problems, simply click the 'return to checkout' link.
- Make purchase - if you're happy with the invoice and delivery addresses, click the 'make purchase' button and you'll be taken to Worldpay who will take your credit card details.
Our secure payment processor
We have chosen Worldpay as our secure payment processor. They are one of the major players in their industry and they guarantee that your card details are safe. In fact, we don't get to see any of your credit card details other than to know whether they were accepted or not.
Assuming that the credit card details were accepted, you'll be shown a confirmation screen with details of your order. We'll also send you a confirmation email with a summary of your order and how to contact us in the event that you have any problems.
And finally....
Sit back, relax and wait for your freshly blended coffee to arrive for, not only a unique experience, but also a lovely cup of coffee!
