Pricing
All our prices shown are inclusive of delivery within the UK and inclusive of VAT (17.5%). Please check website for current prices as these may change.
Delivery
Coffee ordered before 4pm will be usually be delivered with 72 hours. However, because we use other carriers to deliver your coffee (Royal Mail, Parcel Force, etc) we are unable to guarantee these times as we have no control over them.
Due to the nature of the product we do not deliver outside of the UK.
All times quoted are based on normal Business Working times ( 9am - 5 pm Mon - Fri)
Secure online payment
Payments are made using Worldpay via a secured 128-bit encrypted SSL technology that encrypts all information. Worldpay is an industry leader for on-line transactions and at no time does jj's Roasted Beans see credit card details. Please visit the WorldPay website for more information on its online transaction security.
Product availability
In the unlikely event that any product offered for sale on our website is unavailable when you place an order, we will contact you to either offer an alternative product or offer alternative arrangements to complete your order.
We reserve the right not to accept an order.
Privacy Policy
The information that jj's Roasted Beans collects about you is only used by us and is not sold to other companies. We only record information that we require to process your transaction. If you would like to see what information we hold about you, please email us at info@jjsroastedbeans.co.uk. If you find any of the information incorrect we will immediately amend or delete it.
Cancellation and Refund policy
You may under the Distance Selling Regulations, cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the order. Goods returned must be unopened and returned in the condition they were sent out. Unless the goods are found to be faulty, then the consumer will bear the costs of returning the goods (if goods are faulty, a replacement will be sent out immediately on receipt of the goods being returned or a full refund as well as the consumers return postage costs).

Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing Law
English law shall govern this agreement and exclusively English Courts shall resolve any disputes.
